BOSTON, MA, UNITED STATES, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Roessel Joy, a Boston-based staffing and recruiting firm, announced the appointment of Bob Boudreau as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Boudreau brings decades of executive leadership and staffing industry experience to Roessel Joy, with a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving business growth, and building strong, people-focused cultures.

Most recently, Boudreau served as Chief Executive Officer of WinterWyman, where he led the organization through significant growth and expansion. During his tenure, WinterWyman grew annual revenue from $25 million to more than $100 million while earning recognition for its workplace culture, including being named a Boston Globe “Top Place to Work” for eleven consecutive years.

As COO, Boudreau will oversee Roessel Joy’s Finance, Human Resources, and Operations functions. He will work closely with Senior Vice President Kelly Gaines Workman and the broader leadership team to strengthen the company’s operational foundation as Roessel Joy continues to scale.

Boudreau joined WinterWyman and Keystone Partners in 1992 as Controller before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1995. During his tenure, he helped establish new staffing businesses and build the financial, technology, and human resources systems needed to support their growth. He was appointed CEO of the WinterWyman Companies in 2002 and went on to lead numerous growth initiatives, including the firm’s expansion into the New York City market.

Throughout his career, Boudreau has emphasized leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational culture as key drivers of business performance—an approach that aligns closely with Roessel Joy’s continued investment in its people and infrastructure.

“Since my first meeting with Chris and Jonas, I was so impressed by their energy, excitement and vision for the future of Roessel Joy,” said Boudreau. “All these characteristics are echoed by everyone I have met on the RJ team. RJ’s future looks very bright!”
