PHOENIX, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Real Roofing of Chandler partnered with One Percent Holdings, an operating partner for established roofing companies, on July 1, 2026. The partnership is being announced together with One Percent Holdings’ second partnership, with Eco Roofing Solutions of Gilbert, which was completed on September 30, 2026. The two companies are equal partners. Ryan LaRue, who founded Real Roofing in 2022, continues to run the company and its crews full time. The Real Roofing name, brand, and team stay as they are.
